Thanks so much to everyone who showed up to the January 12th Screenprinting Work Party organized in cooperation with Seattle Print Arts and Pratt Fine Arts Center! Together we printed nearly a thousand posters for the January 19th Womxn’s March using five designs created by Dre Gordon, Lynda Sherman, and Kerstin Graudins, and Claire Jauregui.

You can stop by the Pratt Print Studio at 1905 S. Main St, Seattle, WA 98144 (yellow building at the corner of 20th Ave S and S Main St) between 9 am and 7 pm to pick up free posters before the Womxn’s March. These are available on a first come, first-serve basis! The artists have made the designs available to download and print for free.

We love having artists design for the Work Parties and your generous donations during the event helped cover the $100 stipends we paid to Kerstin, Dre, and Lynda for their fantastic designs. If you didn’t make it to the work party and/or want to directly support the artists their websites, buy their work, and hire them for future projects.

Beyond the march on January 19th, there is a full weekend of amazing events scheduled by Seattle Womxn Marching Forward so be sure to check them out.

Thank you for showing up, your willingness to learn, to teach, to share and your good cheer! See you in the streets!
